24-Hour Claim Reporting Service
We provide a 24-hour claim reporting service to our policyholders and agents. This service is accessible evenings, weekends and holidays.
To use our 24-Hour Claim Reporting Service after hours, please call our toll-free number 1-877-954-5277. (Please use our main number, 1-800-492-1205, during normal business hours. On some occasions, such as inclement weather when power outages and system issues occur, if you have difficulty reaching the claims department, use our 24-Hour toll-free number instead.)
In the event that a loss involves an emergency situation requiring our immediate attention, our "on-call" Claim Representative will promptly contact you to provide assistance and direction. In a non-emergency situation, we will obtain the necessary information to allow us to begin our claims handling process on the next regular business day.
Glass Claim - How To Report Damaged Auto Glass
If you purchased Other Than Collision (Comprehensive) coverage for your auto, you may use our EZGLASS Auto Glass Repair/Replacement Program to repair or replace glass damage on your auto (e.g. windshield, side or back windows). Policyholders and agents may utilize this service by calling 1-877-954-5277 or by clicking on the following web link www.allianceclaimssolutions.com. We will verify your coverage and help you schedule an appointment at a quality glass shop within our EZGLASS network or a repair shop of your choice that can fix the glass damage at your convenience. You only need to pay your deductible to the repair shop; they will bill us directly for the balance.
